Recalls are a well-established global practice; from time to time they are announced by almost all manufacturers of not only cars, but also any other industrial products. But since a car is considered a source of increased danger, it is recalls in the automotive industry that attract the most attention and cause the greatest resonance. Check if your car is covered by a recall campaign. Sometimes manufacturers will recall their cars because of substandard parts or workmanship and repair them for free, regardless of the warranty. This is called a recall campaign. More information on 1967 Chevrolet CORVETTE recalls can be found in this database. It may be useful to use online problems resource that shows automotive defect patterns, based on complaint data submitted by vehicle owners. The problems are organized into groups with data published by vehicle, component, and specific issue. See also an updated list of 1967 Chevrolet CORVETTE problems before buying a used car. In most cases, the recall is initiated by the manufacturer. But it also happens that it is forced to do so. The largest and most scandalous recall campaigns were those that were initiated by complaints and lawsuits from consumers through controlling state structures.

Additional Description: This vehicle is not on display to the public. An appointment is required to view it. An icon of the American road: this very nice 1967 Corvette convertible is equipped with the wonderful 327 cubic inch 300 horsepower V8 engine (numbers matching) and 4-speed manual transmission. Its a factory Marina Blue on Bright Blue interior, air conditioning, power steering, AM/FM radio equipped car. This fresh consignment has been meticulously maintained by its current owner of 14 years (well over $10,000 in receipts). As youll see in the pictures, the underside is clean but not perfect. If youre looking for a Vette that will hold its own at a car show and is perfect to drive around and not worry about an occasional puddle, this is the 67 youre looking for. Like most other Vettes from the 60s, it has been repainted and is in excellent condition with minimal imperfections. It was kept in a garage under a car cover when it wasnt being used. The AC works but isnt blowing cold (we were told that it needs to be charged). The engine bay follows the theme of the rest of the car (very nice). The drivability is great on the ultra cool redline radial tires. We were told that the 82,XXX miles on the odometer are original and we havent found any evidence that leads us to believe otherwise. The seat covers and soft top have been replaced and show very well. Corvette fans cant help but grin when they meet a great Vette. This is one of those special cars.
